Welcome to SoftBill. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our billing software and services.

1. Subscription Model

SoftBill is provided on a yearly subscription basis. Access to the software is valid only for the paid subscription period.

2. License & Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use SoftBill for your internal business operations in India only. Ownership remains with SoftBill.

3. Payment Terms

All subscription fees are payable in advance as per the invoice. Access will be activated after successful payment confirmation.

4. No Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, even if you cancel or stop using the service before the subscription period ends.

5. Renewal & Expiry

Your subscription must be renewed before the expiry date. Failure to renew may result in suspension or loss of service access.

6. Plan Changes & Pricing

Pricing, features, and subscription plans are subject to change. Upgrades or additional services may be billed separately.

7. Data Ownership & Responsibility

All data entered into SoftBill remains your property. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your data.

8. Data Backup & Availability

While we take reasonable steps to ensure data safety, SoftBill is not liable for data loss due to technical issues, third-party services, or force majeure. You should maintain your own backups.

9. Support & Maintenance

Technical support is provided during standard business hours as per your subscription plan. Support does not include third-party systems unless explicitly mentioned.

10. Usage Restrictions

• You shall not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
• You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the system.
• You shall not use the software for unlawful or unauthorized activities.

11. Service Availability

SoftBill is provided on a “best effort” basis. Scheduled maintenance or downtime may occur without prior notice.

12. Termination & Suspension

SoftBill reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

SoftBill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of login credentials, business data, and proprietary information.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the software (including source code, features, branding, and design) remain with SoftBill.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dholka, Ahmedabad, Gujarat..
